We are dry...but a bit chilly ♥

You have rain? We have heat and no working AC!!!!
Not a happy faerie. Looks like I'll be looking for us to find a place to move to as we're pretty darn certain rent it going up and we can't even afford what we pay now. It's just near impossible to find something similar in size to what we have now, affordable AND allows large dogs. Stupid thing is we can't give a 30 day notice, we have to give 60 day. BLAH! Two tenants on the bottom moved out just this weekend. We can't even afford to rent a house or buy one :(

So frustrating.
